Danae has completed her YA novel How a Flying Fish Falls.
Below, you'll find photos of the plot plan.
Danae has used colour coding to map out the pacing of the main plot and subplots.
Danae is an Australian indie author born in Southport, Queensland, and living in Black Rock, Victoria, Australia. Danae's father loved myths and legends and named Danae after the mother of half-mortal half-god Perseus who killed the gorgon Medusa in Greek mythology.
Danae has a BA from Victoria College with Writing as her major. She has written several published feature articles.
Danae's favourite genre is children's fiction because she loves observing life from a child's perspective and conveying the fascination, struggles, and confusion we experience in our childhood years. Danae also loves mixing into her stories the playfulness, innocence, humour, learning, and unlimited imagination that writing children's fiction elicits. Danae is currently working on a middle grade novel.
